Ordering & Payment

I accept PayPal for all online shop payments; you can pay with a credit card via PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

WA state orders are subject to sales tax, which is calculated when you enter a shipping address.

Sales outside the USA may be subject to taxes or duty upon receipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred. For items that require customs forms to be filled out, the item will be declared as merchandise, and its value listed—no exceptions. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE, July 1, 2021: Please note that due to new European Union laws concerning import VAT, I am currently unable to sell or ship to EU customers. I am a one-person business, so I don’t currently have the bandwidth for managing VAT compliance. If and when that changes, I will post a new update here—I apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping

All shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout, based on the shipping address entered upon ordering. My normal carrier is USPS; commercial carrier service (UPS/Fedex/etc.) available upon request, at additional cost. Requesting commercial carrier shipping may result in a 1-business-day delay to your order while I obtain a shipping quote for you. All orders ship from Tacoma, WA, USA.

Turnaround Time

Cards, gift items, and any items listed at “In Stock” at the time of your order generally ship within 3 business days from receipt of payment, but please note that this is a one-woman business. All orders are processed, packages packed and shipped, queries responded to, etc. by one person: me. I make every attempt to ship your order on time and respond to your questions or issues as soon as possible, but please note that if I’m experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of orders or other extraneous circumstances, it may take a bit longer to process your order or respond to your queries.

Art prints listed as “Backorder” items ship 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of order, as they must be made to order at a local commercial printer. Other turnaround times may vary if there are special circumstances with your order. If I am out of town and away from my inventory, you will see a purple shop banner at the top of every page of this website notifying you of that fact. Any orders placed while I’m away (so while that purple banner is visible) will ship when I am back in town and have access to my inventory. The shop banner will generally tell you what date I will return and start shipping orders again.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me. I will always contact you to let you know when your order ships.

Cancellations & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, or I ship you the wrong item, I will gladly exchange it for the same item. If the damaged item ordered becomes unavailable before an exchange can be made, I will refund your payment. Incorrectly shipped or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All other sales final, please.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order!

Please note that hand-colored letterpress prints and ornaments are individually painted and completely handmade by me; because of this, no two are precisely alike (human error, oy.). I adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality, but please allow for slight differences from what is pictured on the website. I can only accept returns or exchanges on these items if they arrive damaged or I ship you an incorrect item. Thank you for your understanding.

Back Orders & Limited Editions

Some giclee art prints are made to order at a local commercial printer; these items are listed as “Backorder” items in the shop. If your order contains a backordered item, your entire order will ship when the backordered item becomes available, unless you make special arrangements with me to ship your other items separately (at additional cost). Generally, backordered prints ship within 2 weeks.

Limited-edition items (marked as such in the shop listings) are not reprinted once they sell out. If I discover that a limited-edition item is sold out at the time of your order, that portion of your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Licensed Products

Some of my products are licensed through other companies, and are available exclusively from those companies.
