Praise Paul Bunyan and pass the hotdish! An original illustration available in two sizes.

Description

A hand-lettered illustration of the Land of 10,000 Lakes—Minnesota! This archival giclee reproduction print is part of the 50 States series—you’ll find all 50 state designs here.

Toast your Minnesota roots, and savor this print over a piping plate of tater-tot hot dish! From the kitsch of the State Fair to the grandeur of Lake Superior, from the western prairies to the north woods, the North Star State has something to love in every nook and cranny, and every season. This illustration is chock full of some of our favorite Minnesota icons: Garrison’s giant walleye, a Princess Kay of the Milky Way butter bust, a village of ice fishing shanties, Split Rock Lighthouse—and of course, Bemidji’s fabulous Paul Bunyan and Babe. Crowning the composition are the lady slipper and the loon—the state flower and bird.

(This design is also available as a greeting card!)
