A hand-lettered illustration of our home state of Washington! This archival giclee reproduction print is part of the 50 States series—you’ll find all 50 state designs here.

Whether you’re on the sunny side of the state, or you hold up your umbrella and rain gear with pride, you can’t beat Washington’s charm. This illustration highlights some of the Evergreen State’s most quirky and iconic figures—from the famous orcas of the San Juan Islands, to Mt. Rainier, to the world’s largest frying pan in Long Beach, to the central fruit orchards, to Sasquatch, to a Seattle cuppa coffee. In the thick of things are a goldfinch and a rhododendron—the state bird and flower.

The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper. Each print is signed and dated in pencil, but not numbered. Available in two sizes: 9 x 12 inches (22.8 x 30.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm)

Prints are unframed, but the paper is cut to U.S. standard frame sizes. The illustration is centered on the page, with a white border surrounding the image. This print was made from the best archival paper and inks available; it is able to last for generations. Any piece of artwork can fade if displayed improperly, however; for best results, display your print away from direct sunlight.
