This hand-lettered illustration is the perfect print to hang in the kitchen or pantry—or a great gift for the chef, talented home cook or farmer in your life! The image is inspired by vintage butcher diagrams from the first half of the twentieth century. This archival giclee reproduction print is part of the ongoing “Farm to Table” series—look for more prints and stationery in the series here.

The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper. Each print is signed and dated in pencil, but not numbered. Available in two sizes: 9 x 12 inches (22.8 x 30.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm)

This print was made from the best archival paper and inks available; it is able to last for generations.
