Description
A hand-lettered illustration of the Bay State—Massachusetts! This archival giclee reproduction print is part of the 50 States series—you’ll find all 50 state designs here.
Whether you favor Paul Revere or Ben Franklin, this print is a toast to the state known as the “Cradle of Liberty.” From icons of the American Revolution to nautical symbols of the Atlantic, this piece maps out the essence of New England. The illustration is chock full of Massachusetts treasures: the swan boats at Boston’s Public Garden, Salem’s House of Seven Gables, the music of Tanglewood—and of course, a bright red “lobsta.” Anchoring the coastal composition are mayflower blossoms and a black-capped chickadee—the state flower and bird.
(This design is also available as a greeting card!)
The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper. Each print is signed and dated in pencil, but not numbered. Available in two sizes: 9 x 12 inches (22.8 x 30.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm)
