A hand-lettered illustration of the Land of Enchantment—New Mexico! This archival giclee reproduction print is part of the 50 States series—you’ll find all 50 state designs here.

Tell all your space alien friends, and fire up your hot air balloon! Whether you prefer red, green, or “Christmas” chili sauce, New Mexico is one red-hot state. This illustration is bursting with some of our favorite state and southwest icons: chili ristras, a Roswell UFO, Route 66, prickly pear cactus—and of course, the famous Taos Pueblo. Standing tall in the margins are a cluster of yucca blossoms and a roadrunner—the state flower and bird.

The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper. Each print is signed and dated in pencil, but not numbered. Available in two sizes: 9 x 12 inches (22.8 x 30.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm)

Prints are unframed, but the paper is cut to U.S. standard frame sizes. The illustration is centered on the page, with a white border surrounding the image. This print was made from the best archival paper and inks available; it is able to last for generations. Any piece of artwork can fade if displayed improperly, however; for best results, display your print away from direct sunlight.
