A hand-lettered illustration of the Ocean State—Rhode Island! This archival giclee reproduction print is part of the 50 States series—you’ll find all 50 state designs here.

Pour yourself a coffee milk, grab a hot weiner sandwich, and accept our pineapple of welcome! Rhode Island might be the smallest state, but its personality and charm are enormous. This illustration is chock full of some of our favorite state icons, from lobsters to luggage, quahogs to crullers—and of course, the music and mansions of Newport. Topping it all off are the violet and the Rhode Island Red chicken—the state flower and bird.

The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper. Each print is signed and dated in pencil, but not numbered. Available in two sizes: 9 x 12 inches (22.8 x 30.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm)

This print was made from the best archival paper and inks available; it is able to last for generations.
