Description
Gift a piece of Tacoma lore, or show off your hometown pride! This original illustration is based on a historic wooden sign that stood on the shore of Lake Washington during the 1909 Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition in Seattle. The sign lit up and night and advertised Tacoma’s charm—while the giant letters are long gone now, this print keeps the memory alive. The illustration originated as part of the You’ll Like Tacoma series of original paintings of day-and-night neon diptychs.
The print is a museum-quality inkjet reproduction, using Epson HDR Ultrachrome archival inks on heavy 100% rag (cotton) Moab Entrada natural white paper. Each print is signed and dated in pencil, but not numbered.
Available in two sizes: 9 x 12 inches (22.8 x 30.4 cm) and 11 x 14 inches (27.9 x 35.6 cm)
Also available as a postcard!
