Ordering & Payment

We offer wholesale terms (outright purchase) only; consignment arrangements are not available. Payment can be made by check (payable to Anagram Press) or credit card (Paypal or Square invoice). Opening orders (new customers) require pre-payment; return orders have Net 30 terms. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month, and will require stockists to pre-pay for future orders.

Shipping

All shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice. Our normal carrier is USPS Priority; expedited shipping and/or commercial carrier service (UPS/Fedex/etc.) available upon request, at additional cost. All orders ship from Tacoma, WA; Anagram Press is not responsible for carrier delays or customs/duty fees.

Turnaround Time

Art prints ship separately, 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of order. Cards and gift items generally ship within 3 business days from receipt of order (for new customers, all orders ship upon receipt of payment), although turnaround times may vary, depending on back-ordered items or other special circumstances. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us.

Cancellations & Returns

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Currently there are 38 states available as greeting cards:

Due to limited inventory storage space, 50 States cards are created only as demand requires. If you’d like to order 50 States cards of your state, we will gladly add your state to our roster of cards for a minimum order of 30 individual cards (or 6 box sets) of that state card design. (This minimum only applies the first time you order cards of your state; your state will be kept in stock after that.) Please allow an additional three weeks for delivery of new state cards; additional shipping fees may apply.

Back Orders & Limited Editions

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered, and if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, it will ship out immediately unless other arrangements have been made. Limited-edition items (marked as such in the catalog) are not reprinted once they sell out. If a limited-edition item is sold out at the time of your order, that portion of your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. If an item is being discontinued and there is not enough on hand to fill your order, we will let you know right away.

Exclusivity

We make every effort to prevent local stockists from directly competing with one another with our products. If a potential new stockist approaches us, we will always let them know if they are the first in their city or neighborhood to carry Chandler’s products, or if another nearby stockist already carries them. We cannot guarantee exclusivity but can certainly help you make an informed choice to help prevent too much overlap.
